You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's subscription settings. On iPhone, go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > Lifes Guide > Cancel. On Android, go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Lifes Guide > Cancel.
To delete your account, go to the "About This App" section in the app and tap "Delete Account." Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email us at hello@lifesguide.app to request account deletion.
Yes! We take your privacy seriously. Your conversations are encrypted and stored securely. We never sell your personal information. Read our full Privacy Policy for more details.
New users can try Lifes Guide Premium free for 7 days. You get unlimited readings with no commitment. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged $9.99/month for continued access.
Free users receive 3 questions per month. Premium subscribers get unlimited questions with longer, more detailed responses.
Lifes Guide uses artificial intelligence to provide guidance and insights for entertainment purposes. Luna, our AI psychic guide, offers thoughtful perspectives but should not replace professional advice for medical, legal, financial, or personal decisions.
If you were charged but don't see Premium features, please email us at hello@lifesguide.app with your email address and we'll resolve this right away. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for purchases to sync.
